We must be contacted within 2 days of the item* being
picked up. Please provide pictures of the item, if needed. If the item is eligible for return, we will inform you of the next steps to receive a refund.
*Perishable items generally do not qualify for return.
This includes fruits, vegetables, flowers, eggs, and meats.
We cannot be held responsible for the freshness of your product(s)
after pick up.
